Or if you fancy a seat with your treats you can avail of food within any of our other indoor restaurants to include The Stockman's Restaurant, The Fringe Burger Bar and Eikon Café.

Cookery Demonstrations

Don't forget, the NI Food & Drink Pavilion and Healthy Horticulture Marquee will host a variety of cooking demonstrations to give you inspiration for cost effective, nutritious and (most importantly) delicious meals!

Within the NI Food & Drink Pavilion the Moy Park Theatre Kitchen is back with quick and delicious chicken recipes, as well as new ways to spice up family mealtimes.

The ever-popular TESCO Theatre Kitchen will host the much loved and highly competitive Steak Competition on Thursday 16th May and will also host ‘Female Friday’, a day dedicated to celebrating female chefs, and food and drink producers from Northern Ireland.

New to the Pavilion this year is the Talks & Tastings Stage. This stage will host over 20 producers giving visitors a real insight into the makers and stories behind much loved and award winning food and drink.

Each day at 11:00am, 1:30pm and 3:00pm Joy Rollston is set to host cookery demonstrations in the HH Marquee. A dairy and poultry framer form County Armagh, Joy's delicious recipes will have you glued to the spot as she shows visitors how to shake off any cooking nerves and get stuck in.

This year she'll be showing us how to cook Thai carrot and parsnip soup with apple and streaky bacon, creamy coronation chicken and of course, her Heavenly Strawberry, Raspberry and Chocolate ‘Every Day and Night Oats’!
