National competitions are restricted to those who have pre-qualified. Athletes may not qualify more than two horses in any National competition except the Amateur class where they may only qualify one horse. When an athlete has reached their quota no further horses may be qualified.

Once qualified entries must be made online within 48 hours of qualifying to secure your place.
The Royal Ulster Agricultural Society are currently seeking expressions of interest from venues wishing to host qualifiers for Balmoral Show, May 2025.
Five venues in total are being sought for the below championships:
All qualifiers should be completed where possible by 13 April 2025.
Successful venues will be required to undertake the running of the competitions as specified by RUAS. Information can be found below.
Expressions of interest, together with proposed qualifier dates, are required to be submitted in writing to Vickie White at vickie@ruas.org.uk no later than Friday 13th September 2024.
