Cookery Demonstrations

The NI Food & Drink Pavilion and Healthy Horticulture Marquee host a variety of cooking demonstrations each day to give you inspiration

for cost effective, nutritious and (most importantly) delicious meals!

NI Food and Drink Pavilion

Within the NI Food & Drink Pavilion the NEW Safefood Theatre Kitchen will feature demonstrations from Come Dine with Me star Julie Fitzpatrick who will be sure to help spice up your mealtimes.

The ever-popular Tesco Theatre Kitchen will once again host the much loved and highly competitive Steak Competition on Thursday 15th May as well as ‘Female Friday’, a day dedicated to celebrating female chefs, and food and drink producers from Northern Ireland. Come along to see Paula McIntyre and Noel McMeel in action throughout the four day Show and get inspiration for those mid-week meals!

Healthy Horticulture Marquee

Each day at 11:00am, 1:30pm and 3:00pm Joy Rollston will host cookery demonstrations in the HH Marquee. A dairy and poultry farmer from County Armagh, Joy's delicious recipes always have spectators glued to the spot as she shows them how to shake off any cooking nerves and get stuck in.

Stay tuned to hear more about what delicious recipes she has in store...
