Catering Pitches

Applications for 2024 will open end of September

To apply for a catering unit pitch at Balmoral Show please complete the online application form below.  Prices are listed on the application form.

Additional documents required:

• Photographs of units
• Completed Risk Assessment
• Fire Risk Assessment
• Copies of public and employers liability insurance
• Evidence of your food hygiene rating
• Copy of your food registration certificate
• Copies of your PAT certificates
• Copies of your gas safety certificates (if applicable)
• Menu and price list proposed for Balmoral Show

Please ensure all documentation sent is in date.  Any documents out of date please confirm the date of renewal.  Completion of an application form is not a guarantee that you will be offered a pitch.
