Exhibiting at the Show

The Balmoral Show in partnership with Ulster Bank in Ireland’s largest agricultural and food show that entertains the whole family. The 145th Show will offer it’s usual extravaganza of colour, competition and showmanship along with daily displays of pedigree horses, ponies, cattle, sheep, poultry, pigs and goats.

Hundreds of trade stands will cover the showgrounds offering a wide range of products from food or holidays to agricultural machinery and equipment. Around 80,000 people attended the 2012 Balmoral Show. It provides an excellent platform to sell, provide information, introduce new products, raise brand awareness and engage with a considerable and diverse audience.

Last year there were over 450 trade stands spread throughout the showgrounds, exhibiting a wide range of products. Both indoor and outdoor exhibition space is available and we will always have an area to suit your business needs. Over 80% of our exhibitors return year after year.

Welcome to Balmoral Park

From the 15^th-17^th May 2013, the Balmoral Show in partnership with Ulster Bank will be held at a different venue for the first time in over 116 years. This spacious new venue, Balmoral Park, has given the Balmoral Show the ability to adapt and grow to keep up with the increasing demands placed on it every year. This move will allow the event to offer many improvements including better parking, more space, additional livestock competitions and world class attractions. The event experience at Balmoral Park will be transformed with emphasis being placed on accessibility, manoeuvrability and creating a positive experience for all.

What are my options?

The Shopping Village

The Shopping Village is large hard sided marquee located between the two main entrances. This is the perfect location for any exhibitors who wish to have an indoor stand and are aiming to reach the general public. Stands are available with either a 3m or 6m depth and the frontage is variable. The price of a stand in the Shopping Village includes the shell scheme stand build.

The Agri Pavilion - SOLD OUT

The Agri Pavilion is a marquee located in the very heart of Balmoral Park. This is the ideal location for any exhibitor who wishes to have an indoor stand and has products or services relating to agriculture, energy or similar markets. Stands are available with either a 3m or 6m depth and the frontage is variable. The price of a stand in the Agri Pavilion includes the shell scheme stand build.

The NI Food Pavilion

The NI Food Pavilion is the ideal location for any local food businesses or producers. This large marquee is located on a busy corner, between the two main entrances to the Show. To book a stand in the NI Food Pavilion, please contact Lindsay Lyttle at Food NI on 028 90 249 449.

The Showgrounds - SOLD OUT

The new Balmoral Park showgrounds allow for hundreds of outdoor trade stands. All outdoor stands at the show will be on a fine gravel, all-weather surface. Outdoor exhibition space is available with either a 5m, 10m, 15m or 20m depth and the frontage is variable. Outdoor exhibition space can be seen as light purple on the adjacent showgrounds plan.

How to Proceed...

To apply for exhibition space, all you need to do is complete and return the application form available at the link below. Completed applications should posted to the RUAS office.

If you applying to attend the show for the first time, please ensure that you enclose some photographs of your exhibition. Without this any new exhibitors will not be considered.

Once your application has been received, if you are successful if getting exhibition space, the RUAS will notify you by way of sending you a confirmation and invoice. Please do not send payment, prior to receiving an invoice.

The location of stands within the Show will be decided by the RUAS staff. The RUAS will endeavour to locate you in a suitable position for your industry, although you will not be able to select your position.
