This Show provides an excellent platform to sell, provide information, introduce new products, raise brand awareness and engage with a considerable and diverse audience.

In 2011 there were over 450 trade stands spread throughout the Showgrounds, exhibiting a wide range of products from food, holidays and leisure products to farm equipment, heavy machinery and 4x4 vehicles. Over 80% of these exhibitors return year after year.

Trade Stand Locations 2012

King's Hall including
Craft Village

King's Hall Ground Floor -
£110.00 per sqm

King's Hall Balcony - 
£105.00 per sqm

This hall contains over 190 stands and is the main hall for general consumer goods and services, crafts, tourism, food and much much more. It is always busy and bustling with both urban and rural visitors. Space is available per square metre which includes shell scheme (back and side walls) and carpet. Craft Village stands also include one spotlight. All prices are exclusive of VAT.

Nugent Hall

Nugent Hall Shell Scheme -
£76.00 per sqm

Nugent Hall Space Only - 
£51.00 per sqm

Adjoining the back of the King's Hall with 120 stands, this hall attracts many industrial, agricultural and equestrian companies. A wide range of products are exhibited from animal health to farm recycling systems. Space is available per square metre either space only or with shell scheme (back & side walls) with carpet. All prices are exclusive of VAT.

Showgrounds (Outside Space)

0-124 sqm -  £1,135.00 (min rate)
125-349 - £10.45 per sqm
350-600 - £10.25 per sqm
601+ - £10.15 per sqm

There are over 140 outside stand locations in various sizes. Space is sold per square metre and is space only on hard ground or grass. A minimum charge applies for space less than 124 sqm.  All prices are exclusive of VAT.

Agricultural Machinery & Equipment Rates

0-124 sqm - £990.00 (minimum rate)
125+ - £9.90 per sqm. All prices exclusive of VAT.

Garden Village

£530.00 + VAT per stand

This tented grass area is in the centre of the showgrounds beside the main arena. Attractive area for all Garden related products & services. Prices are per 5m x 5m tented space. All prices are exclusive of VAT .

Good Food Pavilion

Stands within the main NI Good Food Pavilion are sold at £160 + VAT per square metre and £110 + VAT per square metre for the Artisan stands. Exhibitors are asked to be members of Food NI and can learn about the membership benefits by contacting Lindsay or Michele at 028 90 249 449. Please note that this includes the following:

-         Shell Scheme
-         Continuous fascia name board
-         One fluorescent strip light
-         One 500W electrical socket
-         Inclusion on www.nigoodfood.com Balmoral Show feature
-         Inclusion in Official Show Guide (depending on stand booking date)
-         Free entry wristbands for staff (number is dependant on size of your stand)
-         Inclusion in pre-show press
-         Automatic inclusion in the NI Good Food Trade Stand of the Show Award.

Building on the 2011 NI Good Food Pavilion, Food NI have planned a large marquee (20m x 60m) which will include space for over 40 exhibitors.  The Taste Adventure for children will be back following huge demand, and a 'Heritage' theme will add to the overall local food experience.  There will be two cookery theatres in the Pavilion, one of which is supported by the Northern Ireland Tourist Board to promote local signature dishes and chefs.  The second cookery theatre is still available for sponsorship. The Shop and Drop will be back again, along with a Storage Area and a Private Meeting Room for exhibitors. Adjoining the side of the Nugent Hall, opposite the horse rings. Stands are tented and floored.

 

BOOKING PROCEDURES

Current Exhibitors

Current Exhibitors must confirm their trade space by completing their application form and returning to us no later than Friday 18th November.  Unconfirmed stands will be resold to those on the waiting list after this date.






New Exhibitors

If you wish to be considered for trade space at the 2012 show please complete and return the application form attached or email David Laidlaw with your company name, address, contact details and stand requirements.  You will then be contacted when/if suitable space becomes available.

 

Car Parking

Each trade exhibitor will receieve one free car park pass for either Boucher Road Playing Fields or Strangford Avenue Playing Fields, for use on Show days.

If you wish to purchase additional car parking tickets, you can do so by completing and returning the car park order form below. Tickets can be ordered for either Harberton Car Park or Malone Park.


Balmoral Show Smart Phone App

New for 2012 is the Balmoral Show official smart phone app. The app will have everything needed for the 70,000 Balmoral Show visitors, from news updates throughout the year, timetables, maps, trade exhibitor and sponsors information, attractions and much more.

To increase your presence further at the Show, we will include all trade exhibitors names and stand numbers on the app, to direct visitors to your stand.

Electrical Orders

All electrical requirements, as well as furniture and AV equipment can be ordered online by clicking on the below button. Select Balmoral Show (internal or external) and enter the password. If you don't have the password, please ring the RUAS office.
