Balmoral Show Awards Lister Shearing
The RUAS made a presentation to Lister Shearing Equipment Ltd to celebrate their 50th year as a supporter of the Balmoral Show.
“We are proud to have been a supporter of the Sheep Shearing event at the Balmoral Show for the past 50 years, providing valuable shearing equipment for the competitions and we plan to continue this in the future. I always receive a very warm welcome when I attend the Show and look forward to visiting in May.”

The Sheep Shearing competition attracts the best within this field from all over Northern Ireland and abroad. Complimenting the sheep shearing competition will be the wool handling competition, which takes place on Friday 14th May. This competition highlights the merit of properly shorn and presented fleece.
The close of entry deadline for the Sheep Shearing and Wool Handling sections at Balmoral Show is Tuesday 30th April 2010 at 4pm. Sheep shearing and Wool Handling entries can be made online at www.balmoralshow.co.uk.
