Bolddog Lings

Back by popular demand the Main Arena will play host to the UK's number one motorcross display team, the Bolddog Lings.  The show is based around the world's largest and most sophsicated mobile landing system and features the UK's top ranked freestyle motorcross riders, incorporating the latest heart stopping tricks usually seen on TV.  Performing twice daily in the main arena.

Titan The Robot

Watch out for Titan the eight foot Robot! This larger than life character has evolved his communication skills watching films down loaded on to his hard drive, so if your face fits he will throw you a quick one-liner or even sing you an appropriate song if you are lucky. He has been known to crush metal and smash through walls without breaking into a sweat but don't upset him, he has been known to be a bit of a cry baby! Titan will be roaming the Showgrounds all three days so watch out!

The Top Lodge Dancing Dog Team

Be entranced, thrilled and moved as these 3 top handlers and their 8 amazing dogs perform exciting and stunning dance routines to a brillant variety of music.  Kath, Karen and Lesley will enchant and delight you with the reach, drive and beauty of their amazingly athletic dogs moving to the music. Their performances and joyful relationship are so enchanting they will take your breath away.  The Trio often invite adults and children into the ring to take part, so don't miss your opportunity to get up close and personal with the talented dogs.  The Top Lodge Dancing Dogs will be performing twice daily in the main arena.

Team Extreme

Team Extreme the UK's only professional BMX, Skateboarding and Inline skating displays, performers and coaches.  They will be doing 4 shows per day as well as running coaching sessions for children who want to have a go.  They will be performing regularly throughout each day of the Show.

Dog Agility

The Dog Agility Competition will be returning to the Balmoral Show. Its fast and furious for both the dogs and their owners as they tackle the tricky obstacle courses.  The competitions will take place on Thursday and Friday in the Cattle Lawn.

Children's Farm

Cute, cuddly baby farm animals are what you will find in the Asda Childrens' Farm, which can be found in Section M. Children are given the opportunity to hold, stroke and even feed the baby animals or have their face painted by the face painters.

Rare Breeds

The Rare Breeds Display, located in the Alexander Hall, is where you will find all sorts of rare, endangered and unusual animals.

 

Mobile Climbing & Abseiling Wall

Always a popular feature at Balmoral Show, where you can test your agility by climbing the 25ft wall that can be set to varying degrees of difficulty. Both adults and children can have a go whilst being supervised by fully qualified staff.

Pony Club Games

The Pony Club Mounted Games teams run a league to qualify for a place at the Balmoral Show.  Six teams get the chance to compete in the main arena.  It's fast, exciting and a brillant spectator event.

Interhunt Chase

A very popular event with the cheering and excitment often heard at the other end of the Showgrounds! The Competition works like a relay race with two teams on horseback competing at the same time over idential courses, passing a hunting crop between each member.  All teams are striving to get to the prestigious final.
